Privacy Policy
Information you provide
When you request a consultation, we collect the contact information and project details you enter, which may include your name, email, phone number, property location, budget, and preferences. Our yard designer also processes your uploaded yard photo and design preferences. We use this information to respond, plan services, and provide requested concepts. Please do not upload sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Typeform hosts our consultation form. Our hosting, storage, and AI service providers help deliver the website and yard concepts. We share information needed to provide these services. Yard concept generation uses your photo and design preferences, not your name, email, or phone number.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags and Meta Pixel to measure website activity and support advertising optimization. These services may receive pages visited, device and browser information, IP address, cookies, and advertising click identifiers. Where tracking is permitted, we store your first landing's Google click identifier and campaign parameters for the browser session and pass them to Typeform to understand consultation sources. Google and Meta may process activity under their own privacy policies. Hashing information does not make it anonymous.
Your tracking choices
Advertising tags and click-identifier capture are blocked in regions requiring consent and when your region cannot be determined. We honor supported browser Global Privacy Control signals and saved advertising refusals. Elsewhere, ordinary measurement may run unless you opt out. You can stop advertising tracking on this browser below; the refusal persists across visits and takes effect in other open site tabs. You may also manage cookies in your browser or contact us about your information.
Retention and requests
We retain consultation information as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal obligations. Session campaign information ends with the browser session. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.
